Under Griff’s Direction WQAD.COM won the first ever RTNDA Murrow Award for Small Market Website in 2002.
An early convert to multi-platform journalism, Griff managed award-winning newspaper/television convergence projects between WQAD-TV and the Rock Island Argus. Also Milwaukee Journal Sentinel/WTMJ-TV.
He led the design team and editorial staff that re-launched WPSDLOCAL6.COM in 2008.
Griff also was co-creator “News+Hits+Weather” on VH1 and was an intern on the Howard Stern radio show on WWWW-FM in Detroit .
